For how long do I have access to the courses?

You will have lifetime access to all your purchased courses.

How much money do I need to invest in real estate?

I recommend that you have access to at least $40,000 to get started in real estate. There are creative ways of purchasing rental properties with less or no money and I do touch on those briefly in the Real Estate Investment Basics course. If you are looking at getting started in real estate with no money, I encourage to book a free clarity call with me to discuss your options.

What if I am unhappy with the course?

My priority is your satisfaction, if you aren't happy with my online courses I will offer you a full refund for up to 30 days after the purchase date.
