I’ve been investing in Winnipeg real estate for the past number of years. I didin't really have a long term plan when I started, but I eventually realized that the financial stability that I had gained from my rental properties would allow me to restructure my life to focus on the things that are truly important to me: my family and travel (among other things)!

Having been a teacher in the past and being someone who is passionate about creating systems and processes, I decided to share what I have learned by offering this coaching program. Not much in life makes me feel more satisfied than helping someone acheive their goals in real estate!

When do the coaching calls take place?

The calls can be scheduled based on your preference. They can be done over a very short amount of time or can be drawn out over a longer period.

What will be covered during the coaching calls?

During the calls we usually go over the content from the courses, but this time is for you - we can discuss anything you want! (We can even go over the latest NHL game! Although that would probably not be the most valuable topic to discuss for you. 😉)

When do I get access to the courses and documents?

All the material will be available as soon as you enroll in the program.

You will have lifetime access to all the courses and documents.

How much money do I need to invest in real estate?

I recommend that you have access to at least $40,000 to get started in real estate. There are creative ways of purchasing rental properties with less or no money, if you'd like to learn about those strategies get in touch with me.
